Everything is figure-out-able, and Cierra always knows where to start.Currently Cierra is focused on her career in business tax planning. She's studying for the EA Exam, managing bookwork and payroll for small businesses, completing tax returns, and analyzing small business finances for big tax savings. As always, she's leading additional side projects to support her team and gaining experience with new tools in AI, technology, content creation, and workflow management.Recently Cierra has taken on big projects in tax and accounting. She's solely managed AR, AP, payroll, and purchasing for a variety of small businesses. She served as a consultant on sales tax policy across the U.S. including nexus, state exemptions, and unique project based exemptions. By leveraging technologies both new and familiar, Cierra has given teams the opportunity to be paperless and virtual. Previously Cierra has managed small retail stores, coordinated across districts, led nationwide sales training sessions, and served international customers. She's taken on a variety of eclectic roles, and learned that in every industry, in all parts of the world, any successful business is made of the same people; The best leaders, excellent accountants, driven marketers, and dedicated client coordination. Cierra's dedication drives her to aid her team in whatever way is most needed. Her broad experience and flexibility allows her to adapt in response to the unexpected and excel in every role. When faced with a problem, Cierra is quick, but methodical in her analysis, research, and final collaboration with her team to identify and enact the best possible solutions. Cierra works great independently finding answers for the most difficult questions. She is focused and effective with minimal need for guidance.
