• The Baupost Group is a Boston-based hedge fund with a long-term, value-oriented approach that has roughly $28 billion AUM.
• Chaired a Cherwell vendor enhancement project as the project manager. Identified stakeholders, interviewed stakeholders, provided communication to the rest of the team, wrote project initiation document, authored.
• Performed asset reconciliation of security products (Cherwell, SCCM, InsightVM, Observe IT, Digital Guardian) using Excel VLOOKUP's, match, and index functions to ensure all of Baupost's endpoints were secure.
• Programmed Python scripts using the PANDAS library to help automate the asset comparison process and make it repeatable.
• Composed DocuSign QREF technical documentation to be distributed firm-wide in regards to firms' new document retention policies and to encourage the use of templates.
• Programmed the front end of a custom WHOIS lookup site using HTML and CSS while following responsive web design principles.

• Prepared reports which documented security breaches and extent of damage (reputationally, data/PII, financially) caused by breaches.
• Composed a recommendation report using NIST and CIS Frameworks for business to implement to ensure future breaches would not happen and bolster data loss prevention efforts.

• Developed central repository website to house automation scripts that BRMS (Billing & Receivables Management System) team created for various business units, using the Angular JS framework for the frontend and Spring.
• Enhanced brand continuity by utilizing Optum's design toolkit and color palette on website UI.
• Created visual site mockups and wireframe design concepts to share with 5 key project stakeholders using Adobe Illustrator, Miro, and InVision.

• Built the first staff intranet site from scratch using WordPress, HTML, and CSS. Created multiple site tutorials, both video, and document-based, to instruct staff on site usage.

• Utilized advanced usage of Microsoft Office Suite in the creation of numerous reports, forms, and presentations requested by the CEO in relation to human resources and recruiting functions.

• Produced an eye-catching company website using Weebly to enhance company marketability and draw in new customers. Resulted in 10 new customer leads with 6 converting to paying clients generating $8,000 worth of revenue.
• Created and executed a new social media marketing plan encompassing popular social media platforms of Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Engaged with audience, curated content, and bolstered SEO presence.
• Assisted with reconciling QuickBooks accounts payable and accounts receivable entries in an accurate and timely manner.
