I am a person who believes in exuding genuine care and sincerity to create a better and more inclusive environment. I flourish in environments where participants are optimistic and willing to commit to the projects at hand. I work with passion and care so that I and others know that the best job is being done. I have experience in working with infants and athletes in a medical setting. I have also completed three mission trips to Ghana, Mexico, and Indonesia in which I volunteered my time by teaching English and providing basic education on public health. Furthermore, I have volunteered my time to giving free health assessments to at risk populations in Tucson, AZ I believe that global inclusivity is the way to a more cohesive and content world. Professionally, I created and managed an online tutoring program to actively remove barriers presented by the COVID-19 pandemic while data tracking and aiding in data management to properly disease surveillance the greater Arizona area to maintain COVID-19 and CDC health guidelines. I was recently the Project Coordinator for the non-profit Jewish Family Service of San Diego. I collaborated with all administrative departments to ensure that the Family & Community Services division was supported and running efficiently. The division is a team of 100 staff who all provide direct client services to multiple minority populations within San Diego County. My responsibilities included master scheduling and planning, financial tracking and reconciliation, and managing and executing the deliverables on multiple special projects. Presently, I am the Programs Support Coordinator for the School of Medicine Graduate Programs at UCSD. I assist in helping our graduate programs through admissions, student events, and student affairs. Additionally, in assisting tracking financial and fiscal affairs for all programs and students. I aim to use my skills to create an inclusive and diverse work environment while also focusing on cultivating an environment that prioritizes belonging and equity.
