Current Provide clients with coaching that assists them in facing obstacles and provides the foundation for them to fulfill their goals and enrich their lives. Aided and supported clients by structuring and delivering customized programs in both a one-on-one and workshop environment. Provide appropriate therapy to children, adolescents, and adults based on diagnosis and individual needs. Perform comprehensive assessments for each patient. Develop individualized treatment plans addressing patient needs and routinely review progress to ensure quality and effective treatment. Manage a caseload of multiple sessions weekly using various therapies and approaches. Respond to emergency situations and provide crisis support. Document staff information, service plans, treatment reports, and progress notes. Create and employ marketing strategies to advertise and produce a successful referral process. Maintain and update patient handbooks concerning company policy and procedures, client rights and responsibilities, and patient forms. Prepare reports, invoices, letters, or medical records using word processing, spreadsheet, or other software applications. Adhere to HIPAA requirements to safeguard patient confidentiality. Managed customer service, scheduled and confirmed patient appointments, completed relevant insurance and other claim forms, and managed billing and administration tasks.
