Responsible for: 1) Assisting the Assistant Provost for Faculty Development and Student Success in the development, implementation, and administration of student success programs in academic affairs. 2) Maximizing student retention through improving the quality of student success initiatives, such as Living Learning Communities, the First-Generation Initiative, the Inclusive Teaching Academy, and growing partnerships with student affairs units to foster cross-divisional collaboration in student success at WKU. 3) Contributing to the research, formation, implementation, administration, and ongoing assessment of the Provost's Office student success initiatives.

-Foster positive rapport and partnerships with campus units across the university in the areas of student success and diversity, equity, and inclusion by facilitating interactive discussion, consultation, workshops, and joint initiatives.-Assist in formulating program assessment tools and implement program level evaluation of CITL partnerships and initiatives through research, data collection, report generation, assessment, and recommend program level changes based on results.-Develop and facilitate professional development opportunities, content, training, and webinars for faculty and staff in the areas of student success and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Design digital and instructional content.-Oversee, develop, and implement WKU Living Learning Community (LLC) academic initiatives, including but not limited to: report generation, curriculum suggestions, development of communications, recruitment, marketing, program assessment, maintenance, digital content creation, and manage the LLC Faculty Fellow cohort. -Assist in the development and implementation of WKU’s First Generation Faculty and Staff Initiative. -Assist in the facilitation of the Community of Practice Fellowship program. Oversee the development and implementation of the inaugural Inclusive Teaching Academy institute for WKU faculty including the content development, curriculum, application creation, selection criteria, and set-up.

Instructor of the PCAL 175: University Experience.Course Description: For first year or transfer students with fewer than 6 hours of credit in declared major. Transition to the university experience geared towards first year students. Topics include academic skills, critical thinking skills, library education, campus resources, and personal development. Special emphasis on careers and degree programs related to the fields within Potter College of Arts & Letters. Course is restricted to those with majors, including exploratory, within Potter College.

Advise all Potter College exploratory students, process all advising administration forms for the college, conduct degree audits, advise WKU Finish students, develop retention/graduation initiatives, develop advising initiatives and mechanisms, assist in the coordination and development of student support services as needed.

Oversee State and Foundation funds and maintain budgeting responsibilities and reports. Provide administrative support for the Institute for Citizenship & Social Responsibility (ICSR) and Gender & Women’s Studies. Assist in the coordination and planning of programming and special events of the office. Assist in the facilitation of course and curriculum planning. Teach courses for the department.

Coordinated and managed fundraising efforts and events for the Capital Campaign of “The Leader In Me” initiative partnered with Bowling Green Independent and Warren County Public School Districts to implement “The Leader in Me” curriculum into all schools and all grades K-12. Supervised five divisions of community leader volunteers and develop local and state partnerships.

Assisted in performing administrative and research functions of Dr. Ardrey and Political Science faculty. Advised students in their academic and career planning. Taught and facilitated classes, graded class assignments and provided written feedback to students. Conducted class evaluations.

Conducted research and collected data about health disparities within the community. Conducted focus groups. Assisted in creating and implementing a pilot health and fitness after-school program for the local elementary schools. Created community cooking classes. Designed program guidelines and regulations, surveys, and templates for program evaluation.
