I was the site manager of the subcontractor in the Sea Pearl Ataköy project, which consists of 8 residences in Istanbul Ataköy, constructed by Kuzu Group. I took part in the second phase of this 2.7 billion dollar project. My responsibilities during this phase:-Preparation of the work schedule -Coordination of the teams -Undertaking the production surveys -Preparation of production projects for the factory -Work process follow-up -Manufacturing quality control -Ensuring coordination with the contractor and related subcontractors -Progress payment of the productions -Delivered the work as responsible for the preparation of final account progress payments.

I worked as a site manager for the construction of the retail stores built for the Puma brand in Istanbul İstinye Park Mall and Emaar Square Mall. My completed tasks in this process; -Work schedule -Work permit processes -Coordination of teams -Material supply processes -Manufacturing quality control -Delivery of the project

I worked as a field engineer in the Rabwa Residential project in Istanbul Bahçeşehir. In this role, I was responsible for rough construction, reinforcement, mould control and delivery, manufacturing quality control and completing quantity calculation estimates.
