Ciff joined the world of advertising after graduation. He developed his core skills at Ogilvy Hong Kong, where he handled the agency’s largest account, Hong Kong Disneyland. He then moved to Grey Hong Kong to take up a creative role on Hong Kong Tourism Board. During this time, he also scored the agency’s first-ever Gold Cannes Lion. In 2010, Ciff joined DDB HK to take on a creative role on McDonald’s. Within just a year and a half, his work helped the brand score numerous Kam Fan awards, and also the Grand Effie award for effectiveness.Ciff joined Cheil HK in 2012 to handle Hong Kong’s largest mobile phone account, Samsung. He also helped the agency win their first ever Cannes Lions with the work for Unicef HK.At the end of 2013, he moved to BBDO Proximity, Guangzhou as Creative Director to take on a digital creative role for Wrigley. He expanded the creative team from scratch to 9 people in just two years. He also won the office several local awards such as 4As Jin Yin Awards and Great Wall Awards, along with technology breakthroughs on WeChat for Doublemint.Ciff left BBDO Proximity and rejoined Cheil HK at the end of 2015 to focus on Samsung and new business. In 2016, Ciff decided to move into client side, Galaxy Macau, as an in-house creative AVP in marketing department. The major duty is to manage the creative team to deliver world-class creative works for all-rounded service pillars including Resort, F&B, Retail and Gaming.With a reputation for creativity, Ciff's award track record includes wins at local and international shows, including Cannes, One Show, Adfest, Spikes and LongXi. He had scored 6 Cannes Lions in four years consecutively.Ciff一毕业就踏入了广告行业，在香港奥美服务公司的最大客户迪士尼乐园，从中得到了很好的锻炼。随後他转到香港葛瑞，参与香港旅游发展局的创意工作。与此同时，他也为公司赢得了第一座戛纳金狮。2010年，Ciff加入香港恒美的麦当劳创意团队。仅仅用一年半时间，他的作品就已经赢得了数个金帆奖座和一座艾菲实效大奖。Cheil HK在2012年迎来CL的加盟，主要服务全港最大的手提电话客户三星。Ciff在2013年底加盟广州天时为创意总监，服务全国最大口香糖品牌箭牌。Ciff的作品曾获得众多本地及国际的创意大奖嘉许，包括戛纳丶One Show丶亚太广告节丶亚洲广告节和龙玺等等，更连续在4年内获得6只戛纳狮子奖，在业内有口皆碑。
