Participating in fundraising for the first time at this national conference aimed to broaden my experience, and surprisingly, I found myself adapting well to the tasks and concepts involved in funding activities. Over the past few months, I have succeeded in advancing the event. Assuming various responsibilities, I led and empowered an 8-member team to implement fundraising strategies, resulting in a 4% increase in financial profits and the attainment of organizational objectives ahead of schedule. Additionally, I provided guidance on 75% of the fundraising activity's concept, which encompassed selling merchandise to hundreds of individuals, and effectively managed the team responsible for treasury and financial systems.
