• Has close control on the cash flow management of the stores and maintain a sustainable balance of expense and income
• Arranges and organizes training programs regarding performance and success in retail sales
• Plays a crucial role in decision making process of locating and opening new stores also manage all the steps as to the same and people including employees etc.
