I am a Broadcaster at Twitch.tv, using the medium of Video Games to entertain my ever growing community. Using skills that I have developed over about 4 years of broadcasting, I am able to create a high quality Video and Audio stream. I have had to learn how to use Broadcasting platforms such as Open Broadcast Software, XSplit and Wirecast for video streaming. For audio, I have more recently delved into Audio Hardware, versus Software, to improve the quality of my casts. This started as a hobby which turned into a passion. I have been taking the skills I have been honing over the years and applying them to my job at Navigator Games, where I assist with Live Broadcasting to our game community!

As a Social Media Technology manager, I was in charge of all B2B Live Broadcasts to any of our platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and internal Social sites. I managed multiple Facebook Messenger bots for our B2B channels, making sure all our customers were being engaged in the content they were looking for, ranging from Industry insight blog posts to our notifications for Live Broadcasts. I managed multiple YouTube channels, ensuring that all videos that were uploaded were given as much SEO optimization as possible, as well as creating custom thumbnails for all uploaded videos.

At Top Producer I was a Success Specialist who helped with the onboarding and Coaching of our new Clients, ensuring they receive the training they deserve for their new products. I was involved in many projects including Launch preparation for new products and the Live Broadcasting to our Facebook page, in order to further educate the community on our products.

My responsibilities as an ESC ranged daily from providing excellent next step customer service, to providing working solutions for agents to assist them with their customers. During my time as an ESC I had become an important member of the team, training New Hire staff members, helping with processes and procedures that are imperative to the position. This includes, but is not limited to, service change training and sales training in policy, procedure and ongoing coaching throughout their 3 month probation period. I also had to provide specific feedback to agents in regards to their performance using open agenda coaching and set agenda coaching when the situation calls for it.
