• Responsible for implementing a framework to identify, develop and operationalize productivity and operational excellence initiatives focused on saving cost and cycle time in the region with an objective of 10% year over year productivity in recurring activities.• Designing, developing and implementing productivity programs focused on reducing cost and production losses from planned maintenance through maintenance de-scoping, reliability centered maintenance by leveraging global initiatives• Leading a specific initiative on spare part costs and overheads to ensure a framework is in place for regular deflation and reuse initiatives• Working on behalf of and partnering with the service sub-region leaders to ensure programs are adapted to local requirements and their needs met• Facilitate and drive Lesson Learnt and Best Practices trough JCE (Job Cost Estimation) and POR (Post operations review)• Implement and drive sub-regional operational rhythm on Major ops project management• Provide visibility on operational performance by develop and maintain execution metric.
