ALFA exports its goods over 117 countries worldwide by distributor network and also directly to the end users.I am responsible for,- Managing and leading domestic sales team according to sales targets- Following up all departmental processes to ensure effective operation and also critical sales performance criteria- Determining strategies to improve customer and distributor relations- Finding proper international suppliers depending on company requests- Following all procurement process from international suppliers - Organizing fairs, international events to penetrate in new markets and increase market share by enhancing brand awareness- Coordinating local customer visits and coaching regional sales representatives- Following lost sales and to take necessary actions- Provide coordination with production, finance and accounting departments- Informing production and R&D departments about customer requests- Take necessary actions for continuous customer satisfaction with all departments and to ensure customers loyalty- Following tenders - Determining training requirements of sales department and organizing internal and external trainings- Recruitment of new employees for sales department in accordance with company requirements- Performing international procurements (getting quotations, placing orders and following import procedures with foreign trade department)and searching for alternative suppliers
