I have been working in the food and beverage industry since 1999. I started my career as a waiter and later worked as a sommelier. Since 2010 I have been working as a sommelier and restaurant manager. In my 24-year career, I have built large teams and managed large operations in five-star hotels and fine dining restaurants (Italian, French, Japanese, international and Turkish cuisine)in addition, I have experience in catering, banquets, bars and clubs. I have participated in winery and vineyard tours in many countries around the world and I also hold a WSET Level 3 certificate from WSET (Wine and Spirit Education Trust) based in England. In Turkey, I received the Silver, Gold and Master Wine Training Diplomas from Doluca vinery I have a Bachelor's and Associate's degree. I speak B1 English and A1 German.
