Achieved successful implementation of the Mentoring Program at Sirius College, connecting 23 CALD youth in year 10 with university students to enhance skill building, provide career support, and facilitate a smooth transition into VCE; measured impact through the positive development of 4 cohorts and effective management of 20 mentors. In the second half, developed and delivered the curriculum, showcasing leadership in program delivery and coordination of mentors and staff.
