I managed the traffic between customers and company both verbal and written. I had an International leather fair experience in here.

I was the part of the localization projects of amazon.de German to Turkish and amazon.co.uk English to Turkish. We translate the website’s products into Turkish for Turkish speaking customers. This is a really good opportunity to improve your creativity and empathy skills because you must think yourself as a customer who wants to buy that product to make perfect translation.

I managed the traffic between customers and company both verbal and written (mostly English, rarely German). Then, I was translating the orders and directives to Turkish which comes from the customers to the related departments.

I was an intern in Vienna. I worked as a translator in this company and this was good experience. My responsibilities were; translations of passports, ID’s, and rental contracts. I believe I benefited from this experience not only as a working experience but also as a cultural learning.

This was my first job experience and was in a bus travel agency. I learned in here how to be patient and cautious when your work is stressful. People were always in a hurry when they come and they wanted to buy their tickets fast but sometimes things weren’t like that. And in that times you learn to manage people and time correctly and also how to stay calm.
