As a relatively amateur Futurologist, I blended food related academic knowledge with industrial experience.As an entrepreneur I founded EatVappy and directly after we created Worlds First Vegan Sucuk in 2017. Subsequent years, EatVappy highly contributed into creating Plant-Based Meat Market in Turkey. In 2024, We still create products and tonnes of Plant-Based Meat & Charcuterie.Our expertise is creating or finding market for new and/or existing products while preparing its underlying foundation (e.g. Scaling the Production).Following Years we founded (a.)
