Since the age of 18 I have been working part-time at ISS Facility Services in Germany, Bremen. Due to a highly diversified team of employees, my intercultural abilities increased constantly throughout the years. Working with different people requires great communication and coordination, also because language barriers were present at those workplaces. I was working every weekend as a student worker and helped organizing teams and assigning jobs and the resources the employees would need to finish their tasks in time and in good quality. Starting as a facility worker at ISS Facility Services that ended up assisting managerial decisions, I knew and understood decisions from the bottom, which helped with decision making processes.

Every year, Daimler AG in Bremen is offering students the opportunity to work with them for a certain amount of time.
