Establishing the right performance system is a key step in effectively guiding these teams toward success.I focus on designing and managing performance and variable earning systems for sales teams in the insurance industry. My role includes creating performance frameworks, managing promotion and underperformance processes, and collaborating with different teams to implement innovations based on performance feedback. I ensure that the systems we design not only align with company goals but also support the growth and engagement of sales teams.I strongly believe that development is a never-ending journey.
