Providing plastic injection mold offers for plastic references received from OEM companies. Checking DFM reports fornew projects creating a plastic injection mold concept and providing the necessary preliminary information aboutdesigns for plastic injection molds to our mold design partner checking mold designs and transfering data to the moldshop department. Preparation of references CFAR documents and checking the designs prepared by the design partnerand transferring them to the mold shop. Product design in FSS (Ford) and RDDP (Toyota) projects (3D and 2D).

At Faraero Automotive, which was active in the automotive industry and was one of the official suppliers of Ford Otosan,my job was to design accessories for Offroad vehicles and follow up the project of the designed products to makearrangementsin accordance with Thermoforming production in data from OEM companies.

At RMA Automotive, which was engaged in vehicle conversion, I performed the tasks of creating 3D designs of all partsand equipment used on the vehicle, preparing plan/layout pictures, production pictures and creating price lists andsharing them with the purchasing unit (Supported of the RMA as Freelance 6 months).

My responsiblity at Pimtaş Plastik company, which produces construction equipment water valves etc by plastic injectionmethod, is designing products in Catia V5 & Solidworks and to prepare DFM documents before production in Moldflow,to participate in mold trials of products and to give mold approvals.
