The Belonging, Inclusivity, Diversity, and Equity Institute is the student led institution through the Office of Student Experience that serves to provide a platform for underrepresented and marginalized groups on the University of Windsor campus.Working within the Belonging Pillar of the BIDE Institute to continuously create both brave and safe spaces for all students at the University of Windsor resulting in Care Cabinets and Wellness Lounges.Care Cabinets: An area for students to receive essential household and personal items without judgement.Wellness Lounges: A safe space for students to study and unwind with the theme of calming, peaceful and welcoming.

ENWIN Utilities Ltd. (ENWIN) is the licensed electricity distribution company serving customers in the City of Windsor, and is responsible for the local distribution of electricity, and the service and maintenance of the local electricity distribution infrastructure. As ENWIN's Human Resources Assistant, my role included the following:- Assisting in the resume matrix system, ApplicantPro, and participating in the recruitment life cycle.- Managing, uploading and auditing training documents using the Learning Management System. - Responsible for various projects within the HR department including researching and developing reports, summaries, and training.- Creating promotional materials for internal company events and implementing initiatives within the Corporate Wellness and Social Program.
