Serves as the Senior Human Resources Sergeant for the Recruiting Battalion (BN), Oversees all responsibilities for the BN's Administrative section and is responsible for all matters concerning Human Resources for 12 Companies; Identified as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the new system- IPPSA (Integrated Personnel and Pay System- Army) Serves as the primary Human Resources Advisor to the Commander; Spearheaded HR activities related to benefits, hiring board official, and retention/job satisfaction; Plans, directs, and controls all aspects of the human resources employment program.
