• Performance in the Quality Control of four plants (B2B and B2C): Yeast (yeast production), Bakery (dry mix), Wet line (fillings and toppings), UHT (commercially sterile aseptic products); • Responsible for a project team planning new laboratory in accordance with the ISO 17025 Standard and also for all necessary resources for the department;• Implementation of a laboratory project called The River Project using 'Six Sigma' methodology, focusing on improving analytical methods, maximizing production efficiency;• Representative in Brazil for the implementation of global audits in analytical methods;• Implementation of Business Intelligence ('Qlik Sense') for all laboratory analyses, facilitating predictive evaluations and improvement in decision making ('ligeirinho project');• Startup of the UHT plant with the production and process department. Responsible for the quality commissioning test and validation of the aseptic technology of the plant. Responsible for the elaboration of the entire control plan and analysis parameters (physical-chemical and microbiological) for release and monitoring of the production process;

• Coordination of the coffee production area, from the roasting process of the raw material to the finished product;• Management of a team of 60 employees;• Coordination of the startup of the first coffee line with flexible packaging ‘Melitta in Brazil’;• Implementation of the 'maintaining operator' program at the Avaré plant, providing the company's first autonomous maintenance model.

• Coordination of laboratories: Physical-Chemical, Microbiological, Process and Raw Materials • Management team of 40 employees (Quality and Process). • Formulation of new products requested by customers (juices and essential oils) • Monitoring of internal and external audits (Halal, Kosher, FDA, SMETA and GMP+) • Annual Budget Planning for laboratories. • Implementation of the new continuous improvement management system called the DNA Program (Development of New Attitudes), acting as a facilitator and coach for the program. • Active participation in the improvement of the industrial process for citrus juice, raising the level of product done right for the first time from 70% to 100% of total production, achieving a 30% gain in Quality, significantly reducing the level of microbiological contamination of the product Final. • Startup of the NFC plant (the company's first Natural juice plant)• Responsible with the project team for the new laboratory plant (NFC plant support) according to ISO17025 Standard

• Responsible for controlling the entire microbiological process of the factory, from receiving raw material to the finished product. • Guidance and support to the Industrial operation on the care of microbiology from the process to the final product. • Implementation of the microbiological traceability system in the production line with a significant effect of reducing contamination, considering the most vulnerable points of the process.

Experience as a professor of the Chemical Technical course with an emphasis on sugar and alcohol with a focus on Unit Operations.
