In 2019, after careful consideration, I decided to leave KKR & Co Inc. to seek new challenges and career opportunities. I am deeply grateful for the invaluable investment analysis and project management skills I gained during my time at KKR & Co Inc. However, I felt the need for a broader perspective and a different environment to further my growth.After leaving KKR, I received unwavering support from my family. They provided not only emotional encouragement but also invaluable guidance on my career path. My family helped me reassess my professional goals and encouraged me to explore new opportunities and fields.Throughout this process, I maintained contact with KKR & Co Inc.'s senior management, sharing insights and experiences gained from my work outside the company. This ongoing interaction made me realize that a strong collaborative foundation remained between us. After several in-depth discussions, KKR & Co Inc. leadership began to consider my return and proposed the possibility of becoming a partner.This offer was both exciting and inspiring. Following a series of negotiations and planning, we ultimately reached an agreement. I became a partner at KKR & Co Inc. and serve as a Non-Executive Board Member.

As a formal Operations Analyst, my responsibilities expanded to encompass more complex projects and in-depth market analysis. I leveraged data modeling and analytical tools to delve into operational data, identifying key factors influencing performance and proposing actionable improvement solutions. After my time at SunTrust, I realized I needed to expand my management and financial expertise. Encouraged by my president, I pursued an MBA and enrolled at the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business in August 2005.To further develop my skills, after earning my master’s degree, I joined KKR as an Assistant Director of Operations in August 2010. I was introduced to the company by my father.In this role, I assist the Director of Operations with day-to-day management and strategy implementation. My responsibilities include assisting in the development and execution of operational processes, analyzing market data to identify opportunities for improvement, and working with cross-functional teams to drive project progress. In addition, I prepare materials for senior-level meetings, prepare financial reports and business updates to ensure timely and effective decision making.
