With a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and a pre-law certificate, my career journey began in the legal field, where I spent three years working for a private attorney. This experience provided me with valuable insights into the legal profession, though I eventually realized my true interests lay elsewhere.Transitioning from law to the dynamic world of insurance, I now serve as a Product Analyst at the National Council of Compensation Insurance. In this role, I leverage my analytical skills to drive product improvements and support our mission of delivering comprehensive insurance solutions.One of the most rewarding aspects of my current position has been collaborating with our Human Resources department. I've had the privilege of recruiting college students for our summer internship program, helping to shape the next generation of professionals and contributing to our organization's growth and development. My willingness to explore new avenues have equipped me with a unique perspective and a versatile skill set.
