This dynamic position has honed my problem-solving abilities and fostered a sense of independence.Reflecting on my college days, I was taking a part-time role as a Teacher Assistant at an English cram school. Here, my responsibilities included conducting makeup lessons for elementary school students who had missed classes or needed extra support to catch up with the course progression.
