I am a multiple business owner that is here to help busy professionals achieve the body of their dreams through a guided lifestyle transformation.From graduating a business degree, working in the finance sector, opening multiple businesses across many sectors including catering and events management. I had always had a burning passion for health and fitness and managed to always stay on top of this through self education and dedication.After leaning into this passion and completing my personal training course which only confirmed the knowledge I had gathered of years of experience training myself and peers, I decided to pursue it as a business venture where I could focus on helping people in a similar position to mine stay on top of their physical and mental health.By teaming up with my business partner and compiling our knowledge into a result driven application, I am happy to help anyone who is finding it tough to find time for self-care and achieve that body of their dreams regardless of age or how busy their schedule is.I am results driven and work with driven individuals that are fed of making excuses for why they aren't fit, healthy and living life to their fullest.
