• My duties included Purchasing, Scheduling, Planning and managing the Management Information System for the company.
• I was responsible for the purchasing of key materials for the company such as paper and inks as well as other items essential to the production process.
• I managed relationships with a number of suppliers to ensure the most efficient and cost effective solutions for the supply chain.
• I was responsible for the scheduling of all jobs produced within the company from when the job was created until the job was delivered to the customer.
• I ran the morning production meeting every day producing a number of reports on the status of jobs, the current schedule for all jobs and OTIF (on time, in full reports).
• I also created reports through our system which other departments would request from me. I would build reports by request for our accounts department, customer service, production and senior management.

• I was initially hired to help develop and implement a new Management Information System for the company. When the Purchasing & Planning manager left their role in the company I was promoted into their role while.
• I liaised with the vendor to create a bespoke product to best suit the company.
• I trained staff members on how to use the new system and remained the first point of contact for all enquiries on the system after we went live.
• I also lead a project to develop a digital storefront for the company where customers could order print jobs and items from stock directly through a customer specific website.

• Managed the re-distribution of company cars from Opel Ireland HQ to the dealer network. I had to use strong communication skills through both emails and phone calls.
• I managed the company's fuel card system providing reports to the CFO on a monthly basis and also oversaw the upgrading of all fuel cards in the company.
• I assisted with reporting such as forecasting reports. I had to use strong IT skills and problem solving skills to fill in when the usual forecaster was not around at the end of the month which was the busiest time for.
