Case manager responsible for managing a large portfolio of distressed mortgage customers in order to achieve a consensual end state resolution. I started my career in the group in a support role within the Mortgage Resolution Team reporting directly into my Team leader. Over the past two and a half years I progressed into the role of a Case manager and was made a permanent member of staff in 2015. Role: During my time in the Department I worked in the maintenance section as a Temporary Clerical Officer. I worked as a front line employee dealing with members of the public in addition to maintaining client claims. Responsibilities • As a front line employee I had to communicate with members of the public in a confident, understanding and assertive manner.• I was required to address client issues and answering quires.• Learn and retain large amounts of complex information.• Processing client requests and recording client change in circumstances. • I worked in a busy office environment sometimes under stressful conditions.

As part of my M.Sc. in Management Strategy I was part of a team of four people in executing a digital marketing campaign for World Sports Team. The overall objective of the campaign was to raise the profile of the organisation online. The campaign consisted of a Google AdWords campaign, Facebook page, Facebook Advertising Campaign and Google Plus Page.Responsibilities •Leading and managing a team of three people over a three month period. •Negotiating and communicating with clients and stakeholders.•Achieving client and stakeholder objectives under tight deadlines and with limited resources. •Creating and presenting a report outlining the project findings and recommendations to all stakeholders.•Developing and communicating the World Sports Team brand ,concept and image online.•Generating online traffic for World Sports Team in the highly competitive market of sports websites.Results- (over a 3 week period)Facebook- people talking about World Sports Team increased by 1000%. 400 additional page likes. 200% increase in page views. Google AdWords Campaign- Reached a CTR of 1.44%. 331 total advert clicks over three weeks. Sign ups to the World Sports Team website increased by 10% over a three week period.

RoleMy role as a marketing intern was to target potential customers and fulfill general marketing practices. During this period there was a particular focus on promoting the new ROBUS Golf range which was involved in. Responsibilities• I was responsible for creating a database of new potential customers throughout Ireland and the UK to focus marketing efforts.•I was responsible for executing a mail-out to over 3500 customers throughout the UK and Ireland.•Involved in overseeing the design and photography included in the annual catalogue for 2011. •I also compiled a report with a detailed analysis of the company and suggested recommendations.
