Collaborated with Dalkey Fruit to create a joint venture and distribution channel for Cillian Sheanon Food Products and Dalkey Fruit products, where I had responsibility for distribution, dealing with back door staff and quality assurance for the combined product lines. During this time I grew sales significantly.

• Cillian’s Food is a food company I founded which sold nut butter, snack balls and energy bars to Supervalues and Cafes in County Dublin.• I was responsible for all aspects of the business including, product development, production, distribution, environmental health regulation and product promotions.• The company was part of the Supervalu Food Academy selling into 12 Supervalu Stores and 10 other retailers/cafés, growing sales from a zero base to c.€50,000 in two years.

• A company that I founded with my brother, managing a Christmas tree site, where I had responsibility for employing and rostering 3 employees.• I was responsible for sourcing the trees and for the distribution of the trees to the site, where volume was c. 200 trees per year.

ISEF is a wholly student run initiative connecting student startups with established business people in order to develop their business further. My main activity is speaking with startups regularly, to organise workshops and assist them with any help they need.
