The CEO and co-Owner of Capital Integral Property Management and Ottawa Maintenance Solutions. I have been involved in Property Management, as well as leading a team of over 30 individuals, for over 15 years.I currently sit on the CMRAO Discipline Appeals Committee and the Tarion Consumer Advisory Council.I was born and raised in Ottawa. I have personally managed upwards of 30 Condominium Corporations at various stages from new build, through the Tarion warranty process right up to older buildings. At the beginning of my career, I was responsible for all aspects of management, from accounting to administration to asset management. Recently, I have also taken on consulting roles to help fix troubled Condominiums that were led astray by bad managers, boards, developers and other advisors. Community ServicesI am also the President and Founder of our charitable organization Capital Integral Charitable Foundation where we use our contacts to raise funds for various children’s causes and mental illnesses such as PTSD.I have led CIPM to be the first and only Property Management company in Canada (and perhaps North America) to be carbon neutral.
