Oversees the legal affairs and policy initiatives of Public Interest Registry (PIR), the registry operator for the .ORG top-level domain. Manages PIR’s Anti-Abuse program, aimed at mitigating technical abuse of the DNS (phishing, malware, etc.) in PIR’s top-level domains. Serves as corporate Secretary.

Active participant in ICANN policy discussions, particularly questions on abuse. -Co-Founded the Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) Referral Discussion Group, a collection of gTLD Registry Operators, ccTLD Registry Operators and Registrars aimed at sharing knowledge and making DNS operators more effective at removing CSAM online. -Registry presenter to new members of the Public Safety Working Group/Law Enforcement Agencies that participate at ICANN meetings. -Co-chair of the Security Framework Drafting Team.-Specification 11(3)(b) Advisory Drafting Team.-Registry Services Evaluation Process Discussion Group.-Review of Rights Protection Mechanisms in all gTLDs Policy Development Process.

Contact Group Coordinator (Oct 2019 - present). Coordinate Contact Group for Domains and Jurisdiction including gTLD registry operators, ccTLD operators, registrars and governments to discuss the interplay between the DNS and jurisdictional requirements worldwide. Facilitator for the Due Process track of the Domains and Jurisdiction Group (Jan 2017-Oct 2019). Represent multifamily/commercial mortgage lenders in real estate financing transactions throughout the country, including acquisitions, refinancing, and permanent financing loans.

• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation involving a variety of claims including breach of contract and fiduciary duty, misrepresentation and fraud before state, federal and bankruptcy courts.• Negotiate several multi-million dollar contracts and transactions on behalf of a wide variety of clients.• Represent both employers and employees involved in employment disputes, including employment discrimination actions of all types, wrongful discharge, failure to reasonably accommodate under the ADA and Rehabilitation Act, retaliation, Title VII actions and EEOC matters.• Counsel commercial mortgage lenders, servicers and borrowers in dealing with distressed or defaulted loans and assist these entities in workouts, claims for mortgage insurance and loan assignments.

Conducted thorough legal research and provided memoranda on issues such as racial profiling, prisoners' rights and indigent and homeless rights.

Closely worked with the Dinny McGinely, the Front Bench Teachta Dála (equivalent of a U.S. Representative) for County Donegal, Ireland and assisted as a policy and research intern.
