Worked as technical project manager in an internationally funded $50M infrastructure project in Central Asia which took four years to complete. It was the biggest project that unit acquired up until that time. Led and managed design teams with average team size of 10 and located in 7 different countries, organized kick-off and design review meetings, supervised and validated their works and ensured timely deliveries. Managed and facilitated communications with international corporations and government agencies in complex projects. Investigated root causes of technical problems in collaboration with global colleagues. Created and updated design tools to reduce time spent on design stages and improve design reliability.

Designed conventional and digital automation/control and protection systems electrical substations in Middle East, Central Asia and Balkan countries. Supported commissioning activities of these systems on site.Worked in a small engineering team consisting less than 5 members to prepare technical offers for tendering activities. Prepared technical reports, namely equipment sizing calculations and simulations of transients in electrical systems, and technical design drawings
