Ensure that legal documents are timely filed with the courts. Verify that the company has accurate information about our Clients and the Property that we provide Mortgage accounts for. Ensure that at all times I am up to date and following all applicable Bankruptcy, Federal, State and Local Laws/Rules. Reconcile the account if errors are made. Mange time properly so that all accounts are being worked in a timely manner. Provide assistance to my team mates if they need help with an account or need a better understanding of something.
