Was hired with select few out of hundreds of applicants to open new million dollar concept Lager House and restaurant for my experience in bartending and vast knowledge of craft, specialty and import beer.

Hired as a barback at Covington location, then asked to help open second location in Hyde Park as head barback and immediately promoted to bartender

 Bartended for T.G.I.Friday's for over 6 years. Flair bartending for little over 2 years. Responsible for knowledge of countless drink recipes and proper execution while maintaining working bar flair including bottle stalls, flips, tin nests and spins. Also food menu knowledge and excellent serving skills.Had the pleasure of winning my store’s flair bartending competition and continuing to the regional finals. Competed against twelve other bartenders from the tri-state area. Was tested in drink knowledge, bar flair skills, and competency.

• Performed phlebotomy procedures, injections, disease assessment, and treatments.• Performed in clinical settings with skills in medical terminology and lab procedures.• Accurately prepared sterile procedure room and assisted in laceration stitching and removal, suture application and removal as well as wound cleansing and dressing.• Educated patients on orthopedic devices, limb wrapping and proper crutch gaits.

Bartending and serving skills. Responsible for maintenance for over 30 billiard tables. Maintain crowd control for pay-per-view sports screening.

Monitor and supervise other customer service representative phone calls by listening in and noting for corrections.Handling multiple phone lines from guests with orders and inquiries. Correctly distribute orders and handle guest relations for over 50 stores in the tri-state area.
