I served as the Region 4 Director for the Society of Professional Journalists, a non-profit professional organization that is the nation's largest for journalists between 2010 and 2012. I have also served as the Greater Cincinnati Pro Chapter president twice, most recently between 2008-2010. I also serve on the national Digital Journalism and Professional Development Committee. And I am chairman of an ad hoc committee helping national headquarters upgrade and update its database and website.

The company formerly known as DM Insite merged with Moyo Group to form Kalio. And I have served as product manager for KalioSocial (our platform for running Facebook stores) - helping design and launch the product. I also product managed KalioMobile (making ecommerce accessible to the mobile masses) and KalioMail (a great email marketing program).
