I began my career as a soybean broker on the Minneapolis Grain Exchange, followed by working as a bond trader with Wells Fargo Investment Services. I gained the ability of thinking calmly and rationally in what can be chaotic times, and work to share the importance of this approach with my clients. In 2019, 2022 & 2023 I was recognized on the Forbes Best-In-State Wealth Advisors and Forbes America's Top Women Advisors lists.(1)In line with my strong belief and commitment to educating and empowering women, I served as a Board member for YWCA Minneapolis and their Investment Committee from 2001-2010. I have been a co-chair for the Benilde St. Margaret Annual Fund and served on the Minnesota College of Art and Design (MCAD) board for 3 years. I enjoy skiing, fly fishing, knitting and I pursue my passion for golf as a member of the Minikahda Club. I have two sons, Silas and Ben. My son, Ben, has joined my team as a Financial Advisor.
