Essential Duties and Responsibilities:•Work with Marketing on web development, upgrades, and maintenance; update and refresh EBO Group, PT Tech and Aerotorque web sites on a regular basis.•Establish and administrate LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter accounts for EBO Group Human Resources, Marketing and Sales Departments.•Coordinate intranet updates as provided from subject matter owners. •Assists with web site updates.•Perform administrative tasks, as needed, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Photoshop, Publisher, Access•Maintain schedule coordination for ERC Health Coach and Dr. Cecil Bergen meetings.•Responsible for all telephone coverage of incoming calls, monitoring and directing all visitors; and incoming and outgoing mail functions.•Schedule and coordinate health initiatives, training sessions and "lunch and learns".•Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures such as information management, filing systems, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services.•Control plasma television with standard EBO Group greeting, as well as creating customized greetings.•Assist Quality Manager with reporting, preparation of presentations and maintain and upload QMS documents in EBONet.•Coordinates arrangements for quarterly employee Meetings, luncheons and departmental meetings.•Assist PTTech International President with administrative services, document preparation, scheduling, and travel documentation handling for all foreign entities.•Provide support to Finance Department; through credit reconciliation, reporting, and running receipts.•Maintains and updates library lists. •Responsible for maintaining, updating and uploading all documentation for EBONet.
