With over 10 years of experience in education, I am a passionate and dedicated leader who strives to create positive and collaborative learning environments for students, staff, and families. As a Center Administrator, I coordinate internal and external resources to achieve site and district goals and develop strategic community relationships to support student success. I have a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Administration Credential and a Doctor of Education in progress, which reflect my commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth for myself and others.In my current role, I implement strategic planning to increase student achievement through goal setting, family engagement events and programs, and professional development for staff to improve instruction and relationships. I also collaborate with colleagues to create and sustain programs to benefit student achievement and behaviors, such as positive behavior intervention and support, restorative justice, and social-emotional learning. Additionally, I lead change management efforts, including improving school climate and culture through a dual focus of student and staff support. I oversee site budget and expenditures, general human resources management, daily operations, site safety, and compliance with state and federal regulations. Furthermore, I have increased staff retention and facilitated a collaborative staff culture that encouraged shared leadership and innovation.
