In 1992, I started a temporary job (that soon became permanent) at Health Net, a health insurance company, not realizing that it would be the start of my career. Over the 9 years I spent at Health Net, I worked in subrogation, legal, customer service, and sales, laying the groundwork for my role as an experienced and knowledgeable Senior Account Manager.One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is building strong relationships with clients and their employees. Ensuring a seamless experience for both employers and their workforce is my top priority. I excel at helping employees understand their benefits, resolving claims issues, and addressing billing concerns. I stay informed about the latest trends in medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and spending accounts. Additionally, I explore innovative benefits such as wellness programs, infertility support, mental health resources, student loan repayment options, pet insurance, and legal assistance. By thoroughly understanding a client’s business and specific requirements, I leverage this knowledge to collaborate with them in creating tailored benefits packages.
