I was something you might call a worker bee for this job. My job, along with a group of 10-15 people, was to prep, set up, monitor, serve, take down, and clean up food for events that took place on the Santa Barbara City College campus. Sometimes we had one event for the day and others we had five and at least three of them happened at the same time. We had to learn to work together as a team very quickly and put yourself where you were needed. A lot of the stuff I had to do for this job I had to learn very quickly, efficiently, and successfully. It was an exhausting job, I had to run around, lift heavy objects, and be constantly moving but I loved every minute of it. Show less
