About Cindi Mitchell

I am the principal and founder of Sea Glass Health Coaching. I have been advising, consulting, and coaching for over 25 years. Much of my experience is with not-for-profit organizations, including serving in essential leadership roles to launch two such organizations from only a dream to global impact. I take a holistic approach in my teaching and advising, helping clients clarify and execute on their integrated needs, including mindsets and skillsets that bring both success and wellness. While my favorite place to be is sitting across from a client, I also love teaching and facilitating larger groups.I am a Certified Integrative Health and Wellness Coach via the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). IIN teaches a holistic approach to better health by focusing on all the ways we are nourished - through relationships, career, movement, spirituality, and nutrition. I believe you can reach your life goals if you are willing to work on all of these areas of life one small step at a time and a Health Coach can help you realize those goals.
