•Manage retail banking portfolio while ensuring exceptional client service.•The achievement of benchmark standards and individual performance objectives, while minimizing credit risk exposure.•Key responsibilities, promoting, cross-selling banking products and services in compliance with all applicable standards, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.•Identifying referral opportunities to the business banking, investments, insurance and/or trust departments.•Work collaboratively with the Retail Team and all lines of business to improve the customer experience; inspire trust and motivate others, embrace opportunities for learning, partner with colleagues and share knowledge while providing solutions to our clients.•Other duties include: opening and closing personal and business accounts, including savings, checking, money market, certificate of deposit and IRA accounts.

• Provide outstanding customer service by guiding customers to correct information and displaying excellent work ethic on a daily basis • Strengthen existing and build new customer relationships to grow their banking portfolio•Profile customers through needs based conversations, making recommendations to further the relationship between customers and Wells Fargo.• Sell and close personal loans, lines, credit cards, and home equity lines or loans and grow deposit accounts•Another integral part of the job is networking partner referrals for additional services to meet customers’ needs. •Made outbound calls to set appointments to sell mortgage loans, auto loans, credit cards, credit insurance, and home equity lines.•Mentor the tellers so they perform at a high level
