I specialize in finding investment properties and homes for first-time home buyers. I've done extensive work with bank-owned properties, HUD, VA, and Fannie Mae. I know the ins and outs of each type of contract and how to get the best deal for my investor clients.For my first-time home buyers, I am focused on helping the client find exactly the right home for his/her first purchase. I take the time needed to assess the homes available and then make sure the client has all questions answered. When we find the home they want, I negotiate the best deal possible for my clients. I also work with home sellers to list their properties for sale. I use many advertising outlets, including the internet and traditional methods (print media, signs, and open houses) to market the houses. Even with the slow market of the last few years, I sold 55 listings, with over 30 selling at 90% + of listing price.My assistant, Rhonda, and I work hard to keep in touch with our clients and return phone calls in a timely fashion, usually within the same day.
