Nine years within the Banking Industry which included, teller, head-teller, new accounts representative. I was also a floater, where I traveled to branches to assist when employees or branch managers were out of the branch. Ten plus years in the wireless sales and service industry. Managed up to two store locations with as many as 12 employees, where I coached them on a daily basis to meet and/or exceed their individual quotas in all areas of their positions.
