Transformed our medical plastics warranty policy and process to reduce use of consigned materials and depreciation loss leading to long-term estimated savings of $1MM per year in hard and soft savings and reduced service cycle time from 30+ days to 3 days. Cross-departmental analysis of Product Support division of Service Management leading to a departmental overhaul and reduction of Abandonment rate from 15% to 4% YTD. Successfully performed role as interim Global Process lead for Service Management upon short notice mapping out all processes, systems, and interactions, Domestic and OUS, with a focus on OTC, Global Trade, and device movement across countries.
