Present results directly to IBM business unit leaders as the key advisor to ensure that quality assurance, business controls/procedures result in top-notch administration plans that are on budget/time and meet contracted deadlines.· Managed the roles, responsibilities and timelines of the Global Disaster Recovery Exercise Team; communicate and implement the scope, objectives, measurement criteria and service level agreement requirements. Identify risks to be mitigated and coordinate team to document action plans and bring into compliance prior to engagement.
