As an Account Service Representative in Cash Operations at the Royal Bank of Canada, my main function is to ensure that all branches in Quebec and part of Ontario are supplied with Canadian/Us/foreign cash and precious metals, all the while keeping to strict deadlines. This entails internal business calls, processing orders via Bank of Canada and our own internal systems, preparing cash parcels and shipping them out as well as reception of incoming parcels. As I am fully functional within all departments Cash Operations, I also often help out with processing of business deposits and personal deposits as well as balancing all inventories (of cash) and training new employees with he help of the job aid I created.
