Responsible for developing, leading and motivating a team of recruiters by setting the expectations and standards to ensure attainment of division goals, while maintaining a high level of recruitment activity. This position is responsible for overseeing and building the Company’s profile by sourcing and recruiting quality candidates to fill open needs or per diem pools. The Recruitment Manager will promote effective teamwork amongst recruiters to ensure all field personnel and clients receive unrivaled quality service.

Responsible for pro-active sourcing, screening, negotiating, and hiring of healthcare professionals. Meeting company-based goals by maintaining and increasing candidate pool. Developing grass recruiting strategies to pursue new avenues for recruiting candidates; utilize a variety of tools (i.e., email campaigns, social media) to establish relationships and expand candidates. Completing weekly recruitment reports and special recruiting projects as needed. All other duties as assigned

Recruits pro-actively by sourcing, screening, negotiating, and hiring of healthcare professionals and supports an active pool of home care workers in any location. Ensures candidate files adhere to both the business and facility credentialing requirements. Creates a cohesive team that works efficiently together to maximize the team’s potential.
