Five-Alpha (5α) LLC is a professional consultancy specialized in providing training, educations and assistance in two very challenging and unique global industries. These being Helicopter and Vertical Lift Infrastructure and Organ/Tissue Donation & Transplantation.

Responsible for marketing strategies and community out reach programs to promote Kidney Transplant Program. Functioned as clinical coordinator for the kidney transplant program responsible for daily management of staff, preparation for all program certifications, QA, writing of policies and protocols, and physician interface.

Coordinated the starting of the following programs: CCTA, therapeutic hypothermia treatment for cardiac arrest victims, lung volume reduction program and kidney transplant.

RN in a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Duties included care of premature infants with a wide variety of medical disorders. Participated in all high-risk deliveries, responsible for the resuscitation of any infant in distress. Duties included charge nurse responsibilities, staffing, coordination of emergency transport teams and labor and delivery units.

RN working in the operating rooms at I.U. Medical Center and Methodist Hospital. Duties included assisting surgeons with procedures and cases; also assist the anesthesiologist with patient stabilization. Coordinated patient's post-operative care with other hospital units.

RN working with three general surgeons in private practice. Assisted surgeons in operating room, responsible for all scheduling and follow up care of patients to include any office procedures. Coordinated and implemented new computer system for billing and daily office functions. Supervised office personnel, responsible for accounts payable, and re-licensure of surgeon's credentials.
