All aspects of accounts payable; set up new vendors, code and enter a/p invoices; weekly check runs; process 1099’s; credit and collections; harvest and process a/r invoices through Xtiri cloud system and import into Quickbooks; oversee billing clerks; monthly sales tax filings, bank reconciliations for 6 bank accounts; gl journal entries and account gl account reconciliations; generate p&l statements, balance sheets and financial statements; process deposits and maintain cash projections; credit card and expense report reconciliations, assist owner with special projects; b-weekly payroll processing and all HR functions.

Processed bi-weekly payroll for two companies and 70+ employees; multi state with ADP payroll services; set up new employees; tracked vacation and sick time; tracked certified payroll reports for special government projects; set up garnishments, child support orders and tax levy’s as directed by courts; managed health insurance benefits directly with provider; employee relations and interviews; special projects as needed by corporate controller and operations controller; assisted with A/P processes and generated daily deposits as needed. Process bi-weekly payroll for (3) companies for over 160 employees; enter new employees, employee maintenance in ADP; administer child support garnishments and tax levy’s; work closely with HR manager and track benefits and PTO for all employees; reconcile and balance payroll GL accounts monthly; supervise AR billing and AP clerks; assist with weekly check runs as needed; credit and collections for all 3 companies; approve and enter new customers; all aspects of bookkeeping, bank reconciliations and financial statements for 2 other side companies within Intergulf (land owners for marine terminal and corporate office property).
